ORYATAŞ İnşaat is one of the first corporations of Orya Holding that contributed to very valuable investments for our country by realizing many infrastructure, industrial plant, housing, hotel and office projects since 1966 such as highway, railroad, airport, cement factory and various pipelines.
Since its foundation day, ORYATAŞ determines its objectives according to contemporary requirements. A multi-functional living project “ORYAPARK” realized in Ümraniye, Istanbul with this motto is one of the best examples.
Under the scope of the project; ‘Crowne Plaza Hotel’, ‘Office’ and ‘Avenue Shopping Street’ were put into service on September, 2014.
Life started in the housing section since June, 2017.
